《例外配送》是一部讲述快递员配送包裹的日式恐怖游戏。
主人公来到了一栋公寓进行配送。
当他见到了这栋公寓的住户后……

沉浸感：如同照片一般真实的画面让恐怖气氛倍增
VHS滤镜的美感：VHS效果可以在设置菜单中开启或关闭。VHS的美感在于通过在画面中添加模拟信号的偏光、扫描线以及VHS录像带噪声等CRT显示器的特色，达到让恐怖体验提升的效果。
故事：剧情基于日本的恐怖故事。
游戏玩法：游戏类似于《事故物件》，玩法为“步行模拟器”。
